GR Employment Ltd is currently recruiting for an Operations Agent on behalf of one of our valued customers based at their Huntingdon, Lightning Park area.

The successful candidates will support the day‑to‑day running of our warehouse and logistics operation. Responsibilities include processing inbound and outbound shipments, scanning and sorting parcels, maintaining accurate documentation, and working closely with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure compliance with DHL safety and quality standards.

Shift Available:

Monday to Friday: 1 PM to 9 PM (30-minute break)

Hourly Rate:  £14.29 per hour 

Shift Premium:  Extra £2.71 per hour after 7.00 pm

Saturday Premium:  Extra £1.18 per hour

Sunday Premium:  Extra £2.20 per hour

Processing inbound and outbound shipments

Scanning and sorting parcels

Maintaining accurate documentation

Working closely with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure compliance with DHL safety and quality standards

Perform any other reasonable duties as required 

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Reliability and punctuality

Statutory holiday entitlement, pro rata
