GR Employment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Washington, NE37 1PR, for a well-established organisation, where they will unload parcels from heavy goods vehicles and safely move and park vehicles.

The Warehouse loader position may involve heavy lifting and requires a good level of physical fitness. Must hold a valid driving licence.

We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.

Shift Available:

Monday to Friday 3 PM to 9 PM

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.29 after 12 weeks)

Overtime: £12.21 per hour (rising to £18.90 after 12 weeks)

Drive company vans as required, including moving, unloading, and parking vehicles safely.

Work independently and collaboratively as part of the warehouse team.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Complete tasks efficiently and reliably, maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.

Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving, and handling stock safely.

Must hold a valid driving licence and be confident in driving vans, including moving, unloading, and parking vehicles.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a warehouse team.

Good communication skills to follow instructions and work safely with others.

Fast, efficient, and reliable approach to warehouse tasks.

A good level of physical fitness is required due to manual handling and physical work.
