GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for an Administrator (Operations Agent) to join a busy DHL Express operation in Aylesford.

Pay & Hours£13.55 per hourMonday to Friday, 16:15 - 19:45Weekly payOngoing temporary assignmentPremium Payments+£2.80 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 8:00amSaturday Premium: +£1.22 per hourSunday Premium: +£2.27 per hourOvertime: Time and a half after 40 hours per week (Monday-Sunday)Bank Holidays: Time and a halfChristmas Day & Good Friday: Double timeDutiesReception and front desk responsibilitiesAnswering telephone and email enquiriesGeneral administration and data entrySupporting daily office operationsMaintaining accurate recordsProviding excellent customer serviceRequirementsPrevious administration or office experience preferredGood IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and organisational skillsProfessional and customer-focused approachRight to work in the UKSecurity Screening
