Machine Operator (nights)
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Machine Operatives to work in Wellingborough.

The Role Will Include:
- Operation of manual and automated machinery
- Must work well on their own or as part of a team
- Able to complete paperwork and work on KPIs
- Good level of English both reading and writing
- Carry out housekeeping as required in accordance with Company Hygiene Rules
- Comply with Company Health and Safety Procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and those around you
- Identify defects and problems with quality and machine performance, repair if possible or report immediately to supervision to avoid production delays
- 1 year of experience in a similar role is desirable
Flexibility and team working are also required and you will have a good understanding of health and safety. You will also need to be numerate and literate as the job involves filling in paperwork correctly, read and understand measurements, tape measures and other measuring devices.
Shift Available:
Sunday to Thursday: 10.00am to 6.00pm
Hourly Rate: £13.16
Overtime rate: £15.68.(After 45 hours)
Shift Premium: Extra £2.50 per hour after 7.00pm
