About the Role

As a Warehouse Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the warehouse operation. Working as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for unloading vehicles, sorting parcels, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.

This is a physically active role and may involve regular manual handling and lifting throughout your shift.

Key ResponsibilitiesLoading and unloading vehicles.Unloading parcels from Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs).Sorting parcels into different warehouse locations.Scanning and processing parcels accurately.Moving shipments safely throughout the warehouse.Ensuring all shipments are handled carefully and efficiently.Working to operational deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.Following all Health & Safety procedures and site rules.Carrying out any other reasonable warehouse duties as required.What We're Looking ForReliable and punctual individuals.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to work as part of a team.Good attention to detail.Ability to work in a physically demanding role.Manual lifting of shipments is required.No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.Applicants must be able to travel reliably to and from the workplace for the required shift times.Physical Requirements
