GR Employment Ltd is looking for part-time Warehouse Parcels Sorter/Warehouse Operatives in the Brackmills Northampton area for a well-established organisation, unloading parcels from heavy goods vehicles.

The Warehouse loader position may involve heavy lifting and requires a good level of physical fitness. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Shift Patterns Available:

Monday to Friday (18.05.2026 to 22.05.2026)

Start time: 12:00 to 21:00

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour 

1-hour unpaid break

Loading and unloading containers

Scanning parcels

Sorting parcels into designated locations

Heavy lifting as part of daily tasks

No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided

Own transport to and from work

Statutory holiday entitlement, pro rata

Ongoing support from your dedicated consultant

Weekly pay and pension scheme
